We stopped off for a beer at Roots brewery after a bike ride and a couple at the next table gave us the remainder of their pitcher!  There is absolutely nothing better than free beer.

I am listening to the Splendid Table and there are wonderful aroma’s in the air.  The cow has made a pear torte and is now working on Eggplant Parmesan.  He also has a loaf of homemade bread ready for the oven.  I love Sunday dinners made for me!
